Organophosphorus compounds

Abstract

One of the most important classes of present day pesticides is the organophosphorus compounds, of which more than 80 are used in agriculture. Substances with a great variety of pesticidal properties are found among the organophosphorus compounds, including insecticides, acaricides, nematicides, herbicides, defoliants, and fungicides.
