Light Scattering Techniques in Studying Photoresponses

Abstract

Photoresponses of microorganisms, especially of flagellated algae, to light level variations are called phobic responses. Typical phobic responses are the stop and the change of direction of Haematococcus or Chlamydomonas after a flash.
