In Vivo Kinetics of 131I-Monoclonal Antibodies [anti-CEA and 19-9, F(ab′)2] in Humans
The use of radioiodinated immunococktail against CEA and CA 19-9 has been reported by Chatal et al. (1984, 1985) to improve the detection of malignancies from the gastrointestinal tract. The aim of this work was to study the scintigraphic kinetics of the tracer and the effects of circulating antigens on the pharmacokinetics of the monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs).
