B Lymphoma Cells Process and Present their Endogenous Ig: Implications for Network Theory

We show here that B lymphoma cells not only express native immunoglobulin (Ig) on their cell surface but also processed forms of the same Ig in the context of MHC products. Secretion and uptake of Ig does not seem to be necessary for processing and presentation to take place.
