Anatomical Gifts Effective at Death

Abstract

Recognizing the humanitarian, educational, and scientific needs to encourage the donation of human organs and tissue at death, the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (the National Conference) promulgated, in 1968, the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
