Abstract
Cytopathogenic processes of HTLV III-LAV infected T4 cells which lead to T4 depletion in AIDS patients, has been experimentally investigated in long term culture of AIDS T cells (A-CTC) and of HTLV III-LAV infected T cells from normal donors (N-CTC).
