Some Illustrative Patients

In this chapter, we will present the evaluation and management of three illustrative patients, beginning with the case of the “sick Tarzan,” whose history and interview were presented in Chapter 15. All the cases presented in this chapter, including the “sick Tarzan,” are actual case histories. Of course, some identifying data have been changed for reasons of confidentiality.
