Influence of Temperature on Phosphate Uptake by Renal Brush Border Membrane Vesicles

Most of the kinetic studies of phosphate (PO4) uptake through renal brush border membrane (BBM) vesicles are performed at 20 to 25°C. In vivo, environment of these membrane is 37°C.
