Summary
We have registered the fluorescence spectra of IN SITU porphyrins on alive anaesthetized and even awaked animals. These works permitted us to evidence (i) a natural compound, (ii) the light action on porphyrins, and (iii) to study the relation which exists between natural porphyrins and cancer. The Natural General Action of porphyrins is considered.
An important difficulty in Phototherapy is to evidence the photosensible compound in the studied tissues. So we have developped in Paris a technic permitting to obtain the registered fluorescence spectra of the studied tissus.
