Abstract

In times of social change the question of job satisfaction arouses great interest, because job satisfaction as a ‘social factor’ can provide information about the quality of working life. This question is of particular interest with a group whose vocational integration is impeded irrespective of the economic development — persons suffering from psychiatric illnesses.
