Antibody Producing Human-Human Hybridomas
Monoclonal hybridoma antibody technology has already proven to be highly useful in a variety of biological areas (1–3). Only a few papers have reported on production of human monoclonal hybridoma antibodies as produced by human-human hybridomas (4–7) and none of these reports have dealt with the technical details of the human-human hybridoma system. We here report on technical difficulties and improvements of the human-human hybridoma system.
