De Novo Purine Synthesis in Human Lymphocytes
In previous studies on de novo purine synthesis in avian liver we established that, although the enzymes of the pathway did not constitute a macromolecular complex, there did appear to exist between them some particular relationship which permitted their partial copurification. This enabled us to define some of the properties of the pathway including aspects of its regulation.
