Use of T Cell Hybridomas in the Analysis of Helper T Cell Functions in B Cell Responses
The fundamental question under investigation is to determine the role of helper T cells in the induction of B cell antibody synthesis. Based on our previous work we have proposed that helper T cells mediate two types of helper functions; the production of antigen non-specific factors i.e. lymphokines and antigen specific help 1,2.
