Nuclear Energy and International Cooperation

There is no need to emphasize to this audience that nuclear energy cannot be developed without international cooperation at either the industrial or the academic level. However, as Dr. W. K. Davis pointed out, there have been some marked political, economic, and social changes in recent years which are posing constraints to international cooperation in nuclear energy.
