Abstract
Up to this point, you have been gathering a variety of powerful weapons that you can use in your battle with stress. These weapons include: (1) knowledge of stressors and the stress reaction, (2) awareness of common signs or symptoms of stress, (3) techniques for undertaking your own ongoing stress analysis, and (4) relaxation methods to help you cope better with your present stressful experiences. In this chapter, you will begin to go on the offensive against stress.
