Abstract
The present work deals with the improvement of oxidation behaviour and mechanical properties of injection molded and reaction-bonded siexcellelicon-nitride (RBSN). It was found that homogeneous RBSN with small micropores exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and mechanical strength after long-term heat treatment.
