Ultrasonic Quantum Oscillations in Antimony in the Intermediate Region
The Fermi Surface of antimony has been studied with oscillatory variation of longitudinal ultrasonic wave attenuation in the frequency range of 10–270 MHz at 4.2 K. Investigation of the angular dependence is as follows: q//x, H in y−z plane; q//z, H in x−y plane; q//x, H in x−z plane; q//x, H in x−y plane.
