Creep-Fatigue Rupture Prediction Models Applied on 2 1.4 Cr -1 Mo Steel at 550°C

Four methods for the prediction of creep fatigue interaction are applied to 2 1/4 Cr 1 Mo steel at 550°C. These are:
  1. i)

    COFFIN’s frequency modified relation ship

  2. ii)

    MANSON’s strain range partitionning

  3. iii)

    MAYA and MAJURDUM’s model

  4. iv)

    Damage concepts, introduced recently by J.LEMAITRE and J.L. CHABOCHE.
