Theory of Reliability and Kinetics of Inactivation of Biocatalytical Systems

The phenomenon of aging, which is characteristic of biocatalysts and biostructures, is caused by the physical chemical processes of the denaturation of proteins and biomembranes. The phenomena accompanying denaturation have been described by Joly (1); and the physical chemical aspects of the problem also have been discussed elsewhere (2).
