151Pr, 153Nd and 153Pm as New Elements Obtained at SIRIUS

Abstract

During preliminary works on rare-earth elements produced as fission fragments of 235U at the SIRIUS on-line mass separator at the C.R.N. Strasbourg reactor, we have been able to observe two new nuclides, 151Pr and 153Nd and complete the β-decay scheme of 153Pm1).
