An Analysis of Decommissioning Costs and Funding

This is a study of the effects on the costs of decommissioning nuclear reactors and fuel cycle facilities caused by changes in the economic environment, changes in the accuracy of facility use planning, and the use of various options for funding decommissioning. The results of this study are applicable to the decommissioning of any facility.
