Abstract
The male patient whose fourth STAPP interview was described in Chapter 7 continued working hard during his therapy. Although the transference had been positive and had been dealt with appropriately by pointing out the parent-transference connections, the patient managed to avoid bringing up some of his antagonistic and angry feelings which he felt for his father.
