Photopion Physics — An Experimental Overview

Abstract

This review attempts to survey recent and current photopion experiments giving some attention also to future directions over the next couple of years. In doing this we need to keep in mind the experimental limitations on the measurements being made, as well as the physics motivation for the experiments. Our task will be to provide an overview of the field without intruding too much on the more detailed reviews of the various subfields which will follow.
