Abstract

As a direct consequence of the “borate glass anomaly,” a phrase describing non-uniform and seemingly inexplicable composition and property behavior of alkali-borate glasses, the borate glass structure has been investigated extensively. D. L. Griscom provided an in-depth review of this experimental and theoretical work.1
