Abstract

The advances in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) have been arriving faster than most analytical chemists or biochemists can cope. These advances have been not only in the hardware, but also in the packings and columns. The result is that much confusion exists as to which system or components and which columns or packings would give the best results.
