Abstract

Possible relationships between various physiological states, aggressive behaviour or emotions and biogenic amines have generated considerable scientific interest. Studies, in several species, reported during the past few years indicated that physical stress is associated with alterations in the metabolism of norepinephrine (NE) in the rat brain.
