Glycoproteins during the Development of the Rat Brain

Abstract

The rat brain development is sufficiently known so that different stages in its growth can be distinguished, and the most peculiar features occurring within each step can be specified. The scheme given by Mcllwain (1) is still valid since all the most recent data tend to support it (2, 3).
