Abstract

Synthetic kinins administered intrarterially into the isolated hindlimb of the cat induce vasoconstriction (Guth, et al., 1963). We perfused via femoral artery the isolated hindlimb of cats with Tyrode solution and found a dose depending vasoconstriction in the peripheral vascular area induced by kinins (Wiegershausen, et al., 1966a, 1967).
