Schedule of Intermittent Cephalothin Therapy

Abstract

In eighteen patients (nine with septicemia and nine with respiratory tract infections) who had not responded to 6 grams or less of cephalothin daily given for 3 to 10 days, the total daily dose was increased to 8 grams or more.
