Abstract

In general, dosage schedule of antimicrobial agents have to be established theoretically in relation to the serum concentration and minimal inhibitory concentration against infecting organisms. But,in practice, those theoretical schedule was not always kept.Nevertheless, excellent therapeutic effects have been often obtained. According to those facts, basic experiments were employed in order to reexamine about the dosage schedule of antimicrobial agents.
