Clinical Evaluation of Cefoxitin

Abstract

This study reports the results of a clinical trial with Cefoxitin. Of the 28 patients treated,there were 9 urinary tract infections, 4 cases of chronic bronchitis in exacerbation, 2 cases of pneumonia, 2 cases of chest empyema,3cases of postoperative fistulas,2 cases of salmonellosis,2 cases of chronic vaginitis and one of the following: soft tissue infection,acute cholocystitis,chronic osteomyelitis and septicemia.
