Cephacetrile: Plasma Concentrations during and after Constant Infusion

Abstract

Since in case of severe infection antibiotics are frequently administered by intravenous infusion in order. to achieve high and effective plasma concentrations over a long period of time, we determined the plasma concentrations of cephacetrile during and after constant infusion using various dosage regimens.
