Table I is a summary of information gleaned during the last three weeks of August, 1976. Although it may not include every research group involved in Small-Scale Superconducting Devices, it is believed to be sufficiently complete to show what is being done and where in the United Kingdom. An attempt has been made to include an indication of the stage reached by the work. The extent to which it is dependent on funds outside those available within the various establishments themselves is also indicated.
