Selected Area X-ray Luminescence Spectroscopy with the X-ray Milliprobe

  • S. E. Sommer

Abstract

Cathodoluminescence and x-ray luminescence spectroscopy have been widely utilized in the determination of rare earth elements,1–4 decay curves and color centers,5–7 thermoluminescence activators,8–9 mineralogical and geochemical studies,7, 10–12 and basic phosphor properties.13
