Abstract

This Symposium was held at the Department of Cell Biology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, on February 11–13, 1974. The conference was sponsored jointly by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the Baylor Center for Population Research and Reproductive Biology. The Symposium was intended to focus on interactions of gonadotropins and sex steroids with specific testicular receptor proteins and the subsequent events coupled to this process such as fluctuations in levels of cAMP or protein kinase.
