Abstract
The economic crisis has temporarily put the public concern about environment into the background. But, as a paradox, the crisis, by setting the question of “an other growth”, has also led to emphasize the part that natural resources and qualitative goods might play in the future development. One fact has been clearly pointed out: it will not be henceforth possible to deal with environmental problems in isolation, without referring to a precise socio economic project.
