Bone Biopsy Results in Pathological Conditions
It would be beyond the scope of this book to describe the changes in osteoid, bone formation and resorption, bone volume, and the other parameters measured in bone biopsies. However, it is appropriate to describe some results of biopsy procedures to illustrate the problems that arise in analyses of bone biopsies and in understanding the data reported in the literature.
