Laser Induced Reactions in Doped Polymethylmethacrylate and Their Correlation with Results Obtained by X-Ray and UV Irradiation

Abstract

Emission spectra and kinetics of induced phosphorescence in doped PMMA are reported for laser irradiation; compared with previous studies, using X-ray and UV irradiation, of induced phosphorescence and thermoluminescence. Possible mechanisms are proposed.
