Abstract

The cation distribution in several spinel solid solutions such as NixMg1-xAl2O4, Ni xZn1-xA12O4, CuxMg 1-xA1204, CoxMg1-xAl2O4, CoGayAl2-yO4 and CoGayRh2-yO4 has been studied by reflectance spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility and X-ray analysis.
