DNA Replication, the Nuclear Membrane, and Okazaki Fragments in Eukaryotic Organisms

Abstract

There are two topics which I would like to cover.

The first, dealt with by David Comings (this meeting) previously, is the involvement or lack of involvement of the nuclear membrane in DNA replication. The second topic is the presence and role of Okazaki fragments during DNA replication in eukaryotic cells.
