Ought society to end prenatal life for any cause? Ought scientists to develop and apply cloning techniques to human reproduction? Ought society to sterilize or otherwise prohibit the reproduction of those who are genetically at high risk? The essential questions facing society concerning the application of new genetic knowledge and technology are not scientific but moral.
