Abstract

Many investigations have been made on the photoconductive properties of poly-N-vinylcarbazole (PVCz). However, the mechanism of the conductivity of PVCz is still controversial. In the present paper, some experimental results on the photoconductivities of PVCz and the related copolymers are reported, and a possible explanation for these observations is offered.
