The study of magnetic impurities in non-transition metals is one of the most challenging topics to solid state theoreticians since the work of Kondo [1] (1964). Many fascinating results have been predicted (for a review see [2]), especially for superconducting alloys [3–5], but there has been a lack of techniques for preparing interesting alloys which often have a very low solubility limit (as many 3d-elements in non-transition metals).
