The Diffusion Kinetics of Recombination Luminescence

Abstract

A review of the kinetic calculation for crystal phosophors obtained with the help of the diffusion drift equation for small free carrier path is given. A very simple approximate calculation method is offered. The magnitudes of some kinetic parameters obtained from the experimental data are given.
