Intramolecular Relaxations and Luminescence of Organic Complex Molecules

The principal aim of this paper is the consideration of the relations between intramolecular relaxations and transformations of absorbed light energy in polyatomic molecules. An attempt will be made to connect the molecular characteristic governing these transformations with the experimental data on the vibronic spectra of molecules.
