Conference paper

After the important role of excitonic molecules in the emission spectrum from heavily excited semiconductors is pointed out, we calculate the emission spectra from the Bose condensed system of excitonic molecules and the system of interacting molecules. The characteristics of these spectra are listed and compared with the experimental results.
