Black Body Heat Capacity and Action-at-a-Distance Electrodynamics

In this paper we are attempting the review of a dead language. We are presenting it for two reasons. The primary reason is purely aesthetic and the satisfaction derives directly from our ability to describe at least some system completely and consistently. The other reason is of course pragmatic and related to extracting from this dead language a lesson which may apply in the realm of our modern experience.
