Lipid-Protein Interactions in the Structure of Biological Membranes

Abstract

In 1971 the general ideas on the structure of biological membranes are perhaps less clear than before 1960; the reason is that, while at that time there was but one model generally accepted for membrane structure, now we have a variety of different models.
