This brings to a close the technical part of the 1971 General Motors Symposium on Emissions from Continuous Combustion Systems. Consequently, I think this is an appropriate time for a representative of the group to recognize the part that General Motors has played in this Symposium. They have identified an important and interesting topic. They have surveyed the workers in the field and have brought together those who are active and making contributions. They have taken care of the myriad of details necessary to maximize communication and transfer knowledge within this group. I think it is appropriate to express our appreciation to Bill Agnew and his co-chairman, Walter Cornelius, and all the others who have made this symposium a success
