Abstract
For a long time I have been attracted, medically speaking, by the lower genitourinary tract; its numerous abnormalities and their embryological pathogenesis seem fascinating to me, and it was natural that I soon became intrigued by the potentials of hypospadias repairs. “Penile cripples,” as Devine calls them, impressed upon me the need for a good one-stage repair.
